Know the client!

Understand client’s company and recruitment needs: We prioritize getting to know our clients’ companies and their specific recruitment requirements. This allows us to effectively represent them during the recruitment process, showcasing their company and culture to potential candidates.

Talent pool mapping

If we are unable to find suitable candidates, we provide our clients with a summary of the available talent in the market. This helps manage expectations and ensures transparency regarding the candidate pool’s qualifications and skill sets.

 

Signing Agreement

Once both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions, we proceed to sign the agreement or Terms of Business (TOB). This formalizes our partnership and establishes the guidelines for our collaboration.

 

Know the Hiring Manager exact needs

We arrange meetings with the Hiring Manager or relevant stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the specific talent they are seeking. This allows us to align our recruitment efforts with their expectations.

 

Submit only shortlisted CV's

Based on the Hiring Manager’s requirements, we submit relevant candidate CVs for review. We take charge of coordinating and arranging interviews between the client and the candidates, streamlining the process for all parties involved.

Remuneration negotiating

Once the client identifies their preferred candidate, we facilitate the remuneration negotiation process. Leveraging our industry knowledge and market data, we ensure fair and competitive offers. Once both parties agree, the candidate is officially hired.

Follow up with client & hiring manager during the guarantee period.

We maintain regular communication with both the client and the hired candidate to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This follow-up period allows us to address any concerns and provide support during the initial stages of employment.
